This is an adult community. Participation is a privilege, not a right.
1. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to join or participate.
- By joining, you affirm that NSFW content is legal to view and share in your jurisdiction.
- Accounts found to be operated by minors will be terminated immediately.
2. Content Standards
- NSFW Content Allowed: Explicit, erotic, or otherwise adult content is permitted.
- Prohibited Content: Anything involving minors, bestiality, non-consensual acts, illegal activity, or otherwise unlawful material is strictly forbidden. Posting such content results in immediate and permanent removal.
- Ownership: Only share content you own or have the right to share. Do not post stolen or non-consensually obtained material.
3. Behavior & Conduct
- No Harassment: Bullying, harassment, hate speech, threats, stalking, or any targeted abuse will not be tolerated.
- Private Messages: Do not assume private messages are exempt from accountability. If you engage in harassment or misconduct in private, the community may expose (“publicly shame”) your behavior.
- Best Behavior: Treat every member with respect. Failure to do so will result in warnings, suspension, or permanent bans at our sole discretion.
- Safe Space Leadership: This community is led primarily by women, with moderators and admins appointed to ensure safety, inclusion, and accountability. Respect their authority.
4. Moderation & Enforcement
- Moderators and admins have broad authority to enforce these Terms.
- Enforcement may include content removal, account suspension, permanent bans, or public disclosure of misconduct.
- Decisions by leadership are final and not subject to appeal.
5. Privacy & Transparency
- Private Messages: While we respect user privacy, misconduct in private spaces may be escalated to moderators and, if necessary, the broader community.
- Data Handling: We do not sell your personal data. Standard analytics and necessary technical logs may be retained to maintain platform stability and safety.
6. Community Leadership
- The Community is women-led. Most moderators and admins will be women. This leadership structure is intentional, to create a safe and welcoming space for everyone.
- Respect leadership decisions. Attempts to undermine or harass leadership will result in permanent removal.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
- You are responsible for what you share.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or protection from exposure to content you may find objectionable.
- The Community disclaims all liability for user-generated content.
8. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violation of these Terms or for behavior deemed harmful to the Community.
- Bans may be permanent and without prior notice.
9. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
